Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not available for bookings. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, all bookings can be rescheduled to an available date within our calendar. To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. Thank you for your understanding.
